The Spanish word for cheese is always in the masculine. You don’t call it “quesa” do you?
Having said that I have no idea what or who Yolanda the dancing cheese is!

what’s going on here then? no update or comments for 5 days?! where is everbody?
Hmm, any new stories here… well, my flatmate is off in Canada for a couple weeks so I have the flat all to myself (naked cooking/tv watching/etc here i come!). Actually working in the office for the first time in about 7 months right now, so it’s actually been kind of nice and easy this week.
Then revision and exams over the next 3 weeks, including the awesomeness that is 7hrs of mock exams on my birthday!
not much else to speak of… elbow is still iffy, though the physio is cute, so i don’t mind going to see her twice a week! hehe, but it would be nice to get better to finally get back to the gym (and for anyone interested, i have a slight tricep tendon tear at the insertion with the elbow joint which is refusing to get better).
ok, back to work i go.

I wouldn’t recommend the naked cooking hun! If Vicky scald her belly on the oven trying to cook while clothed, I’m a little frightened to see what might result from naked cooking! But at least that would only scald you - and not burn down the house like your flatmate seems fond of doing!
Ugh it sucks that you have to take exams on your birthday! And you know what sucks more? They’re mock exams! RIPPED OFF!!! LOL

Same, same here. Kids are in summer school so it’s a lot quieter than I am used to right now. Cashing in on all those comp hours from last semester though which means early days for Miss Natalie! Only 2 and a bit weeks left then summer break hits! Other news? Casa Crazy looses an inhabitant next week and I’ve been busy stocking up on “stuff”. It’s amazing how much “stuff” one person needs.

yeah, i have been a bit incommunicado of late… all that craziness that was my life for the last few weeks got in the way! I almost had a big problem with the whole naked cooking thing. thankfully the large splash of boiling water landed on my shin! jeez that was close though!!
Yeah, mock exams, do exactly what they say, they mock me, daring to rear their ugly heads on my birthday!
natty, tiger balm is all well and good for when it aches, but for repairing the tear it won’t do too much. physio is doing some ultrasound therapy (already had laser therapy, cool eh?) a couple times a week to try to stimulate the tendon to heal itself. just really slow going.
lucky you getting a summer break. I’m booked solid now until after xmas… oh, and where are you moving to exactly? -

Ultra sound therapy is cool and hopefully it works for you. If you’re anything like me you’ll do the progression through the therapies - laser, ultra sound, heat, TENS, cortisone. Nerve blocks are also cool, though a touch more permanent!
I’m flying solo in my new place. We’ll see how long it takes for me to get bored of that.

I had a touch of the shoulder pains the other day, and I cured it without seeing a doc. I used the controversial “beer and TV therapy” it works well in combination with “having my wife and Natalie push on the shoulder while I push them down therapy”.
Natalie, I give it 2 hours on July 1st before you get bored.

Matthew, i wish your way would work for me, i tried the beer and tv therapy for a few weeks though and it just didn’t fix it (though i didn’t notice any pain as much), so cute physio it is…
Flying solo is overrated. i reckon you’ll end up spending most of your time at M&Ms and just head home to sleep!

If she’s specific though, we tend to buy non-fat and/or sugar free french vanilla or sometimes vanilla bean. But yes, she will eat asparagus ice cream if they make it!
